Tivimate IPTV

Editorial Standards

Tivimate's IPTV guides are written and maintained in-house. This page states who is responsible for them, how claims are checked before anything is published, and what this site refuses to publish at all — including the customer testimonials and star ratings that most of this industry prints without evidence.

Guides on this site are published by Tivimate as an organisation rather than under an individual byline. We would rather attribute honestly to a company than invent a named editor with a stock photograph, which is the usual practice in this niche and is worth exactly nothing to you as a reader.

What we hold ourselves to

No testimonial we cannot verify

We publish no customer reviews, no star rating and no subscriber count. An audit of this site found 99 invented named testimonials and five contradictory subscriber figures; all of them were deleted rather than adjusted. If we ever publish reviews, they will sit on a platform you can click through to and check.

Prices come from one source

Every price shown anywhere on this site is derived from a single configuration file, and a check runs on every build that fails if a price is hardcoded somewhere and drifts out of step. Stale pricing in an article is not a typo — it is a quote a real customer might act on.

Claims are checked automatically, not remembered

Uptime percentages, "#1 rated" rankings, hands-on testing claims and money-back guarantees are blocked by an automated check before they can reach the site. If a claim here becomes genuinely true and evidenced, the evidence gets documented before the check is relaxed.

Marketing cannot contradict the policy pages

This site previously advertised a money-back guarantee on 85 pages while its own refund policy said refunds were limited. The marketing was wrong, and it was the marketing that changed. Where a claim and a policy disagree, the policy wins.

We say when we are the interested party

We sell an IPTV subscription and we promote a small network of other stores that we earn from. Where a page ranks us first, or links to a partner, it says so — partner links carry a sponsored attribution, and our own ranking of ourselves is labelled as ours.

Corrections are made in place

When something here turns out to be wrong, we change it and say what changed rather than quietly deleting it. Dates shown on guides are real last-modified dates taken from version control, not a rolling freshness stamp.

Found something on this site that is wrong or that you cannot verify? Tell us on the contact page and we will correct it. You can also read why we publish no customer reviews and our refund policy in full.
