Tivimate IPTV Setup Guide: Load Your Account in Any Player

Tivimate IPTV setup means adding your account to a player app, and it works the same way in any player. Install a player for your device, such as TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro, VLC or Kodi, or use a MAG box portal. Choose the login that asks for a server URL, username and password, enter the three details from your welcome message, and let the channel list and TV guide load. The steps below show where each detail goes, device by device.

๐Ÿ“‹ What Your Welcome Message Contains

Server URL

The address the player connects to

Username

Your account login

Password

Your account password

These three details go into the server login of TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro and most other players. New to all this? See the One IPTV pillar guide for how one subscription covers every device.

Tivimate IPTV Setup Guide: The Same Three Steps in Every Player

Every Tivimate IPTV setup has three steps: install a player, add your account to it, then check that the channels and TV guide have loaded. Only the first step changes from device to device. The account step is the same in every player because the account belongs to your subscription, not to the app.

  1. 1Install a player. The subscription is not an app; it needs a player to show it. Getting the TiviMate app onto a Firestick, Android TV or onn box is covered in how to install the TiviMate app on each device. This page starts once a player is installed.
  2. 2Add your account. Open the player's add playlist, add user or account option and choose the login type that matches what you have (see the table below). Copy the details from your welcome message instead of retyping them where you can.
  3. 3Check the three parts loaded. Live channels should appear first, then the TV guide, then the on-demand sections if your player has them. A large guide can take a few minutes on the first load.

Which login type to choose

Login typeWhat you enterUsed byWhen to use it
Server loginServer URL, username and passwordTiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro and most dedicated IPTV playersUse it whenever the player offers it. One login loads live channels, on-demand sections and the TV guide together.
Playlist link (M3U)One long link, plus a separate TV guide (EPG) linkVLC, Kodi and players that have no server loginUse it when the player only accepts a link. The guide has to be added on its own.
Portal URLOne portal addressMAG boxes and similar set-top boxesUse it on set-top boxes that have a portal setting instead of an app store.

For the difference in more detail, see server login or playlist link: which one to use.

If the login is refused

  • โ–ธ Check that the server URL starts with http:// and includes the port number if your welcome message shows one.
  • โ–ธ Usernames and passwords are case-sensitive. A capital letter typed as lower case is the most common cause.
  • โ–ธ Remove any space copied by accident at the start or end of a field.
  • โ–ธ If the channels load but the guide stays empty, reload the EPG in the player's settings, then see what to do when the IPTV guide is empty.

Which player to use on each device

TiviMate runs only on Android-based TV devices. Everywhere else, use a player made for that platform; your account details are the same.

๐Ÿ”ฅ Set Up Your Tivimate IPTV Account on Amazon Firestick / Fire TV

Player: TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro

TiviMate

  1. 1Install TiviMate first. It is not in the Amazon Appstore, so on a Fire TV it is sideloaded with the Downloader app (see the app installation guide linked above).
  2. 2Open TiviMate and choose Add playlist.
  3. 3Pick the playlist type that asks for a server address, username and password.
  4. 4Enter the server URL from your welcome message, including http:// and the port number if one is shown.
  5. 5Enter your username and password exactly as written. Both are case-sensitive.
  6. 6Tap Next, give the playlist a name and tap Done. TiviMate downloads the channel list and then the TV guide.

IPTV Smarters Pro

  1. 1Install IPTV Smarters Pro from its developer's official source.
  2. 2Open the app and choose Add user, then the login that asks for a server URL, username and password.
  3. 3Type any name for the profile, then enter your username, password and server URL.
  4. 4Select Add user. Live TV, the on-demand sections and the TV guide load from your account.

๐Ÿ’ก Typing a long password with a Firestick remote is slow, so check each character before you continue. A wrong capital letter is the most common reason a login is refused.

๐Ÿค– Set Up Your Tivimate IPTV Account on Android TV, Google TV and onn 4K Pro / Plus

Player: TiviMate or IPTV Smarters Pro

TiviMate

  1. 1Install TiviMate from the Google Play Store on the TV or box. On onn 4K Pro and onn 4K Plus it is in the Play Store too, so no sideloading is needed.
  2. 2Open TiviMate and choose Add playlist.
  3. 3Pick the playlist type that asks for a server address, username and password.
  4. 4Enter the server URL, then your username and password, from your welcome message.
  5. 5Tap Next, name the playlist and tap Done. The channel list loads first and the TV guide follows.

IPTV Smarters Pro

  1. 1Install IPTV Smarters Pro from its developer's official source.
  2. 2Choose Add user, then the login that asks for a server URL, username and password.
  3. 3Enter a profile name and your three details, then select Add user.

๐Ÿ’ก If the TV guide stays empty after the channels appear, give it a few minutes on the first load, then reload it from the player's settings.

๐Ÿ“บ Set Up Your Tivimate IPTV Account on Samsung Smart TV

Player: A player from your TV's app store

Any player that accepts a server login or playlist link

  1. 1Press the Home button and open the Apps section of your Samsung TV.
  2. 2Search for an IPTV player. Which players are listed depends on your TV's model and year, so check what your store offers.
  3. 3Install the player and open it.
  4. 4If it offers a login with a server URL, username and password, use that and enter the three details from your welcome message.
  5. 5If it only accepts a playlist link, paste the M3U link instead, then add the TV guide link in the player's guide or EPG setting.

๐Ÿ’ก TiviMate is an Android app and is not available for Samsung TVs. A Firestick or Google TV device plugged into the TV is the route if you want TiviMate on that screen.

Account Setup FAQ

Where do I find my Tivimate IPTV login details?

In the welcome message you receive after ordering. It contains your server URL, username and password. If you need a playlist (M3U) link or a portal URL for a MAG box, ask us on WhatsApp.

Is setting up my account the same as installing the TiviMate app?

No. The TiviMate app is a third-party player made by Armobsoft FZE, and we are not its developer. Installing it puts an empty player on your device. Setting up your account, which this page covers, is the next step: adding your login so the player has channels to show.

Which player should I use for my account?

On a Firestick, Android TV, Google TV or onn box, TiviMate gives you a TV-style channel guide. TiviMate does not exist for iPhone, Apple TV, Samsung, LG, Roku, Windows or Mac, so on those use a player made for that platform. Your account works the same way in any of them.

Should I use the server login or the playlist link?

The server login, if the player offers it. It loads channels, on-demand sections and the TV guide in one step. The playlist link is for players that only accept a link, such as VLC.

Can I add the same account to more than one device?

Yes. Add the same details on each device. How many devices can watch at the same time depends on the plan you choose, so check the pricing page before adding a second screen.

What internet speed do I need?

HD and higher resolutions need far more bandwidth than standard definition. The FCC's broadband speed guide lists typical requirements, and a wired connection is steadier than Wi-Fi.

Do I need to root or jailbreak my device?

No. Every method on this page uses an official app store, sideloading with the Downloader app on Fire TV, or the device's own settings. Nothing requires root access or jailbreaking.

Need an Account to Set Up?

Pick a plan for the number of screens you watch on, then come back to this guide with your welcome message.
