Each plan is sold per simultaneous connection; the options are on the pricing page. You can install the player on as many devices as you like; the connection count is how many can stream at the same time.

Check your internet speed (aim for 30 Mbps for 4K, 20 for Full HD), restart your router and device, close background apps, and increase buffer size in TiviMate (Settings → Player → Buffer Size → Very Large). If it persists, contact our support on WhatsApp.
