Best IPTV by statematters in the US in a way it does not in most countries, because American television is organised by market rather than nationally. There are 210 Designated Market Areas, each with its own ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX affiliates, and the question “does this service carry my local channels” has a different answer in Dallas than in Houston — never mind Dallas versus Chicago. These guides answer it market by market, alongside local ISP speeds and what the 2026 regional sports collapse changed for each state's teams.
Short version: we rank Tivimate IPTV first in every state — and we own it, so weigh that accordingly — with FlickHaven and Apollo Group IPTV close behind. What changes between states is not the ranking but the local channel list and the sports situation. Test it free for 24 hours.
Choose Your State
We cover the largest US television markets first. Each page carries its own affiliate call signs by DMA, its own ISP list, its own regional sports position and its own price comparison against the incumbent cable operator in that state.
Not listed yet? The national guide at Best IPTV USA covers the criteria that apply everywhere, and the state pages above are being extended in order of market size.
Why State Pages Exist at All
Three things change between US states, and none of them change between, say, two English counties.
Local affiliates are market-by-market.Your local ABC station in Los Angeles is KABC; in Chicago it is WLS; in Atlanta it is WSB. A service can carry “ABC” and still not carry yours. This is the single most common reason a US cord-cutter is disappointed after subscribing, and it is why every page below lists call signs rather than network names.
Regional sports broke in 2026. FanDuel Sports Network — formerly Bally Sports, before that Fox Sports Net — ceased operations on 30 June 2026 after its parent failed to find a buyer, stranding 13 NBA teams and 7 NHL teams and prompting all nine affiliated MLB clubs to terminate their agreements. Georgia, Florida and Texas were hit hard. New York and Illinois were not, because their teams had already moved to team-owned networks. That difference is a state-level fact, not a national one.
The incumbent differs. You are comparing against Spectrum in Los Angeles, Xfinity in Chicago, Optimum on Long Island and AT&T across much of Texas — different prices, different fees, different fiber availability. See IPTV vs cable in the USA for the arithmetic that applies everywhere.
The Top 8 Promoted Stores
The same eight services appear on every state page. What changes between states is which local channels they carry and how they handle that state's sports.

How We Compare
Seven checks, applied the same way in every market:
- Live match testing — Every store was watched during simultaneous peak-hour kick-offs — the hardest possible load test for an IPTV server.
- ISP throttling checks — Each service was run on domestic broadband both with and without a VPN to see whether the provider throttles streaming traffic.
- Channel zapping speed — We timed how long a channel takes to open and stabilise. Anything above three seconds consistently was marked down.
- Customer support audit — We opened real support tickets at anti-social hours and recorded how long a human took to reply.
- VOD freshness — On-demand libraries were checked for recent releases, correct metadata, artwork and working subtitle tracks.
- Device coverage — Tested on Firestick, Android TV, Samsung and LG smart TVs, iPhone, MAG box and Windows to confirm the advertised compatibility.
- Resolution verification — We confirmed the actual bitrate and resolution of streams rather than trusting the label in the channel name.
Before You Subscribe Anywhere
Two pieces of advice apply in all fifty states. First, an over-the-air antenna is a one-time purchase of roughly $30 and gets your local ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX and PBS free and permanently in most metro areas — it solves the local-channel problem more reliably than any subscription, and it works during an outage. Second, test any service during a live game in prime time rather than on a quiet weekday, because peak load is the only condition that separates them.
And check the provider's licensing before you pay anyone, including us — read our IPTV legality guide and run the buyer checklist first.
