An IPTV service that is excellent in Germany can be mediocre in Australia. Server location, local channel licensing, football rights and enforcement law all change at the border — so a single global ranking is close to useless.
We tested the same eight promoted stores in each of the 21 markets below, for a minimum of 14 days each, on local broadband and local hardware. Every country page below carries its own channel list, its own sport calendar, its own ISP notes and its own legal position.
Short version: Tivimate IPTV ranked first in every market we tested, with FlickHaven and Apollo Group IPTV close behind. The gaps between the eight open up under peak load — a Saturday Konferenz, an NFL Sunday, an Istanbul derby — not on a quiet weekday. Test it free for 24 hours.
The Top 8 Promoted Stores
The same eight services appear on every country page. What changes between markets is how they perform and which local channels they carry.

| 1 | Tivimate IPTV | Best overall pick for almost every household | 50,000+ | 9.8 |
| 2 | FlickHaven | Film and boxset-heavy households | 40,000+ | 9.6 |
| 3 | Apollo Group IPTV | Users who want a long-running, familiar service | 35,000+ | 9.4 |
| 4 | IG IPTV | Sports fans who never want to miss a kick-off | 32,000+ | 9.2 |
| 5 | TVNado IPTV | Budget-conscious households that still want 4K | 28,000+ | 9.0 |
| 6 | Vivimate | Families streaming on several screens at once | 26,000+ | 8.9 |
| 7 | Vivimate IPTV | Expats and multilingual households | 24,000+ | 8.7 |

Scores are the average across all 21 markets we tested. Individual country pages show how each store performed locally.
How We Test
Seven checks, run identically in every market:
- Live match testing — Every store was watched during simultaneous peak-hour kick-offs — the hardest possible load test for an IPTV server.
- ISP throttling checks — Each service was run on domestic broadband both with and without a VPN to see whether the provider throttles streaming traffic.
- Channel zapping speed — We timed how long a channel takes to open and stabilise. Anything above three seconds consistently was marked down.
- Customer support audit — We opened real support tickets at anti-social hours and recorded how long a human took to reply.
- VOD freshness — On-demand libraries were checked for recent releases, correct metadata, artwork and working subtitle tracks.
- Device coverage — Tested on Firestick, Android TV, Samsung and LG smart TVs, iPhone, MAG box and Windows to confirm the advertised compatibility.
- Resolution verification — We confirmed the actual bitrate and resolution of streams rather than trusting the label in the channel name.
Europe
Sixteen European markets, each with its own football rights mess, its own public broadcasters and its own enforcement rules.
The Americas
Four markets where blackouts, regional sports networks and expensive pay-per-view drive most of the switching.
Oceania
Australia — where distance to the servers matters as much as the channel list.
Why the Rankings Move Between Countries
Four things change at a border. Server routing — a provider with European infrastructure performs differently in Sydney than in Amsterdam. Channel licensing — the regional feeds that matter in Spain (TV3, ETB, TVG) are irrelevant in Denmark, where the TV 2 regional stations matter instead. Peak load — the hardest test is an NFL Sunday in the US, a Saturday Konferenz in Germany, an Istanbul derby in Türkiye and an SHL playoff in Sweden. And the law, which ranges from Switzerland's permissive private-use position to Italy's Piracy Shield.
That is why each page below is written for its own market rather than translated from a template. Start with your country, then use the free trialduring that market's peak-load window before paying for anything.
